Intern Positions

Atlas Corps is seeking interns for Summer 2023!

Are you interested in international exchange programs or nonprofit work? Maybe you’re looking to develop skills in event planning, personnel management, marketing, outreach, networking, communications, or fundraising? Who knows, maybe you’re just trying to figure out what you want to do when you grow up? (We’ll let you in on a secret, many people are still trying to figure that out for themselves). Whatever your answer, we’ve got you covered!

Atlas Corps is an international organization that is working to grow and empower social change leaders across the world. 

We’re looking for undergraduate and graduate Interns who are eager to contribute to a growing organization and develop a range of skills. The Atlas Corps team is small, which means Interns have an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to projects being carried out by the team they choose to intern with.

Eligible internships may receive a one time honorarium depending on the hours worked per week. Interns who serve at least 25 hours per week (on average) will receive $600. Interns who serve at least 15 hours per week (on average) will receive $300.

Our Internship Opportunities Include:

Training Management Intern: Engage with a network of emerging nonprofit leaders from around the world who make up the online learning community of the Virtual Leadership Institute. Gain valuable knowledge of learning management systems and leadership development!

Engagement and Communications Intern: Support the Partnerships Team in providing stewardship for Host Organizations. Use creative communications and social media planning to engage with potential and current Host Organizations!

Nonprofit Recruitment Intern: Coordinate global outreach and virtual events to recruit candidates for Atlas Corps leadership development programs. Gain experience in talent acquisition and global promotion!

Program Management Intern: Support management of a Fellowship of change-makers and social impact professionals around the world. Develop skills in communication, event planning, and program management!

Grant Writing Intern: Expand your knowledge of non-profit development processes. Learn about proposal writing and grant research!

Social Media Intern: Continue to build your Instagram and social media prowess as you help to connect with a network of partners and future Atlas Corps Leaders! Learn about social media algorithms and graphic design applications!
