YPFP LogoThis is probably going to look like a semi-advertisement post, but keep on reading, fellows! There is something special for you in the end.

As you might now, I am serving at Young Professional in Foreign Policy in Washington, DC. YPFP’s mission is to foster the next generation of foreign policy leaders by providing young professionals with the knowledge, skills, exposure, and relationships to tackle critical global challenges over the course of their careers.

How we do it? Through a variety of programming. We are currently offering weekly events on critical global issues and career development in foreign policy with senior government officials, ambassadors, private sector executives, and other foreign policy leaders.

A unique feature of YPFP membership is access to regional and topical Discussion Groups (Washington, DC only). Regional discussion groups’ topics cover Africa, East Asia, Europe and Eurasia, Latin America, Middle East and South Asia. Topical DG – combating terrorism, cybersecurity and technology, defense, energy and environment, gender, grand strategy, human rights, information acquisition and analysis, international development, international trade and finance, nuclear weapons. And language groups include Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish language groups.

You can find more information about the benefits of membership on the YPFP website here.

And now the important announcement: Atlas Corps current fellows have a chance to join YPFP for free! Drop me a line if you want to become a member either here in the comments, via email or on my Facebook page. Questions are welcome. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
