What does leadership mean to you?
To me, leadership involves passion for a cause, commitment, responsibility, and empathy. A social impact leader leads by giving the example with their actions and by inspiring others to start a change for the better.
What are you most excited about joining Atlas Corps as a Fellow?
What I am most excited about is to be able to support and help others improve their lives with my work. The Fellowship offers the channel to work on projects that make the world a better place to live in.
Tell us more about what you will be doing as a Generation Fellow?
I will be serving with Generation, an organization that prepares, places, and supports people into life-changing careers, enabling better opportunities for everyone. As a Global Learner Engagement Programs Fellow, I will be supporting the organization on their existing GYE Program in Colombia and in launching the new GYE Program in Ghana.
Thank you, Giovana, for sharing your leadership journey with us. We wish you and the rest of Class 49 the best of luck in the program!
