She holds a Master of Science Degree in International Relations from the University of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Journalism and Media Studies from the National University of Science and Technology. As Communications and Marketing Fellow with Global Fund for Children, Blondie provides a wide range of content creation, editorial, digital media, and design support to the organization’s global Communications and Marketing Team. She also contributes to tangible communications and marketing efforts that grow and engage Global Fund for Children’s audience, amplifies partner and youth voices, and shares the organization’s work, impact, and learning. Her work in the community development sector has helped her develop skills in leadership, advocacy, project management, community engagement, relationship building, facilitation, research, and documentation. As a practitioner of communication for development, Blondie has strived to provide stakeholders with unlimited access to information on a wide range of issues and amplify voices of vulnerable groups. She has constantly provided vital information for communities to make informed decisions on social-economic and political issues. Blondie was inspired by her passion for equitable growth and development to undertake voluntary work with entities that assist orphans and other vulnerable groups. She has also contributed immensely in addressing issues that include children’s rights, justice for women, inclusion of people with disabilities and environmental justice in rural communities.

The Fellow will end the Fellowship with a published portfolio and professional experience and skill sets in communications, digital marketing, public relations, thought leadership, international development, philanthropy, children’s issues, and the day-to-day operations of a nonprofit organization.
Anggita Indari
Indonesia (Host: International Accountability Project)Anggita Ayu Indari has nearly four years of experience in the digital communication sector and earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman in Purwokerto, Indonesia. She began her career as an SEO Content Specialist in Trans Media Sosial, a digital agency operated under one of Indonesia’s most prominent media corporations, Trans Media. She assisted some brands to achieve high visibility on search engines by mapping the right content strategy, providing copies, and optimizing website pages. After two years of experience, Anggita decided to work for USAID Indonesia’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS), under the USAID-BANTU Project, where she provided daily updates and analysis of COVID-19 media reports and social media communications for several USAID implementing partners, including Indonesia’s Ministry of Health, Indonesia’s Chief of Staff Office, Food and Agriculture Organization, and other governmental agencies. As Communications Fellow with the International Accountability Project, Anggita supports the creation of content and the monitoring of metrics to measure progress achieving the goals of communication strategies, reinforcing the communications activities of IAP staff around the world. Anggita believes that her expertise in content strategy will promote the local wisdom of the Indigenous Community in Eastern Indonesia on sustainability and conservation. Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about women and gender issues and the discussion of local traditions on sustainability. Anggita initiated a project to promote women’s role in sustainable development, Perempuan Berkelanjutan (Women for Sustainability).

Role at Host Organization: As the Communications Fellow at the International Accountability Project, Anggita will learn how the organization creates and implements communication strategies globally. The Fellow will support the creation of content and the monitoring of metrics to measure progress achieving the goals of each communication strategy as well as reinforce the communications activities of IAP staff around the world.
Okwudirichukwu Alu
Nigeria (Host: The Climate Initiative)Okwudirichukwu Alu has seven years experience with both local and international partners in the nonprofit sector, designing project plans, and monitoring and evaluation. He has been a crucial team player for REACH Initiative, where he worked as the Assessment officer for the Joint Market and Monitoring Initiative (JMMI), carrying out Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Assessment, and also working with Premiere Urgence Internationale Nigeria as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. While working for Global Environmental Health Solutions a local nonprofit Organisation, he was able to develop a help desk system that served as a complaint responsemechanism assisting the organisation in getting feedback from the communities it served. Alu has extensive experience in leadership and management roles and is always willing to offer support and network with teams. Currently, Alu is a Monitoring and Evaluation Fellow with The Climate Initiative. In this role, Alu focuses on bringing and utilizing data to demonstrate The Climate Initiative’s impact as it can be mapped against our overall theory of change. He has a Master’s degree in Environmental engineering from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria.

Role at Host Organization: As the Monitoring and Evaluation Fellow, Okwudirichukwu’s role is focused on bringing and utilizing data to demonstrate The Climate Initiative’s impact as it can be mapped against the overall theory of change. The Fellow will work with the TCI programs and policy teams and TCI Executive Team on projects related to climate action and building out metrics and tracking frameworks.
Emmanuella Amarachi Ezike
Nigeria (Host: Medici Road)Emmanuella Ezike is a project management specialist and a monitoring and evaluation expert with over four years of experience in the non-profit and public health sector as well as in community development. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from The University of Nigeria, Nsukka in Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Lagos. Over the past three years, Emmanuella has helped drive social change by supporting the implementation and evaluation of public health programs by leveraging quality data to facilitate evidence-based decisions for determining the success of programs. She has worked on programs with partnerships from organizations like Facebook, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Clinton Health Access Initiative to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs. Previously, Emmanuella worked as a Program Analyst where she developed a data quality assessment framework for evaluating post-program impact in three Nigerian states. Emmanuella has volunteered as a Community Engagement Officer for organizations including Habitat for Humanity. Through these experiences, she has developed superior data analysis, evaluation, and technical reporting skills. Emmanuella has a strong passion for strenghtening health systems, education, and women empowerment and strives to achieve social impact by creating and implementing program evaluation elements for high-impact projects in local and international communities.

Role at Host Organization: As the Evaluation Fellow, Emmanuella will compile, verify, and communicate data driven strategies that will inform Medici Road’s work and transform information into action. This Fellow will utilize mixed methods research strategies to manage the day-to-day operations of research and/or evaluation projects. In this role, the Fellow will be able to create recommendations on improving both Medici Road, and non- Medici Road, programs.
Ali Zain Ul Abidin
Pakistan (Host: Partnership with Children)Ali Zain Ul Abidin has more than 5 years of diverse experience in human resources, talent management, and capacity development of youth in for-profit and non-profit sectors. Ali earned his Master’s in Management Sciences from Baluchistan University of IT, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), a leading public sector university, in Quetta, Pakistan. Ali has worked with BUITEMS, closely engaging with local, national, and international stakeholders for promoting employability. In this capacity, Ali has developed a talent pool of graduates from a diverse range of academic disciplines, assessed their profiles, and referred outstanding and qualified profiles to employers for jobs, training, and internships. Ali is also proficient in mentoring students for personal and professional career development. As Talent Coordinator Fellow at Partnership with Chldren, Ali assists the Chief Equity Officer and Talent and Equity Manager in managing talent acquisition goals, overseeing the PWC school intern program, and involves himself in overall performance management. He has also worked as HR Executive with a multinational logistics corporation (TCS Holdings), leading the Baluchistan Region, and Ali extended his expertise in talent acquisition and HR operations. Through these experiences, Ali has gained a firm grip on youth capacity building, peer education, HR operations, and management. He is avidly interested in broadening his perspectives on HR international practices, leadership, capacity development, talent acquisition, job training, and civic engagement.

Role at Host Organization: As the Talent Coordinator Fellow at Partnership with Children, Ali will assist the Chief Equity Officer and Talent and Equity Manager in managing talent acquisition goals, overseeing the PWC school intern program, and the overall performance management. The Fellow’s responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic recruitment plan; facilitatig the hiring process for all program and administrative roles; and ccordinating and managing intakes for all new opportunities. The Fellow will also prepare and support managers to facilitate performance management process, including an annual review and goal setting; and support managers in addressing performance issues in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources.
Zunaira Ali
Pakistan (Host: Making Cents International)Zunaira Ali is a content and communications expert with over five years of diverse experience in Pakistan’s development and public sector. Over the past four years, Zunaira has focused her expertise on social causes including education, gender empowerment, youth development, climate change and development in the startup ecosystem. Zunaira works with startup founders, mentors, investors and industry experts to take the startup ecosystem to the next stage and to continue making a social and economic impact across the Globe and especially, in Pakistan. Her current role is Youth Engagement Fellow, YouthPower2: Learning & Evaluation (YP2LE), with Making Cents International. In this capacity, Zunaira’s responsibilities include providing support to activities for YouthLead.org, a website supported by YP2LE that is designed to inspire, support, and foster connections among young changemakers around the world. Additionally, as a Youth Engagement Fellow at Making Cents, Zunaira conducts outreach and polling of youth networks to identify in-demand topics, content, and resources for the platform and its related learning events. As an Atlas Corps Virtual Leadership Institute scholar, she joined hands with NGOs to train women in using the Internet through a “Digital Literacy Program” and trained over 200 women from mainly rural backgrounds. Through these experiences and more, Zunaira has developed strong community engagement and digital marketing skills. With a strong passion for digital empowerment, talent and gender development, she continues to strive towards helping people upscale and become a better version of themselves.

The Fellow’s responsibilities include providing support to activities for YouthLead.org, a website supported by YP2LE that is designed to inspire, support, and foster connections among young changemakers around the world. In addition, the Fellow will work on outreach and polling of youth networks to identify in-demand topics, content, and resources for the platform and its related learning events. The Fellow will also work in close coordination with key youth networks including our YouthLead Ambassadors and our YP2LE Youth Advisory Group (YAG) to support outreach and peer-to-peer outreach on what issues, skills and resources are in-demand among young people.
Shivalika Gupta
India (AIF Banyan Impact Fellow, Host: International Fertilizer Development Center)Shivalika Gupta is a rural development specialist committed towards generating quality evidence in development programs and policy. During the past eight years, she has progressively engaged with a variety of stakeholders, including consultants, academics, international donors, and the Government of India across topics including agriculture, financial inclusion, health & nutrition, and energy. It is her conviction that the missing key to the infamous challenge of policy implementation gap is providing access to credible evidence to all stakeholders, especially the communities concerned. As a technical expert for monitoring, evaluation, and policy research, her strengths are research designs (experimental & quasi-experimental), leading evaluation studies, developing logical frameworks, developing indicators for projects and programs, designing monitoring systems, and documentation. In her prior engagement as Welthungerhilfe India’s first M.E.A.L Coordinator (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning), she led the creation of a new technical support unit for the country program comprising 31 local NGO partners nationwide. The unit supports the partners on planning and implementing M&E functions, accountability initiatives, and capacity building initiatives. Previously, she has worked in various research-oriented capacities with research consulting, J-PAL, and NITI Aayog (Government of India’s policy think tank). As an evaluator, she has singlehandedly led field studies across eight states in India. As a trainer, she is known to deploy a hands-on approach to M&E related topics across all levels of program implementation. Shivalika continues to work on challenges related to agrarian distress and farmer welfare.

The Fellow will be working within different fields, including assessment, event planning, program/partnership management and development, marketing and recruitment, curriculum development, and alumni engagement.
Pragati Singh
India (AIF Banyan Impact Fellow, Host: Girl Up)Pragati Singh has over nine years of experience in the fields of public health, gender, and sexual and reproductive rights. She earned a MBBS degree from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University, in 2012, followed by a diploma in organizational leadership from Swedish Institute, Stockholm, in 2018. For her recent project with The Girl Effect, she developed a series of educational videos on sexual and reproductive health & rights for young Indian girls. As Learning & Training Fellow with Girl Up, Pragati’s responsibilities include identification, adaptation, and development of learning and advocacy resources on sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice (SRHRJ) for Girl Up’s youth members, as well as the building out of Girl Up’s learning and advocacy resources and engagement strategy for LGBTQI+ youth. Pragati also supports a variety of other work that the Girl Up team does, such as outreach to increase and measure the impact of Girl Up’s curriculum, “Let’s Talk About Gender-based Violence: Building Awareness and Solidarity.” Her roles have involved advocating for policy change, liaison and partnership building, data interpretation, capacity building, and program management. Pragati has gained hands-on skills in project management, grant management, business development, conference organizing, partnership building, community building, and communications and marketing. She received a number of awards for her visionary leadership, and was recognized by the BBC as one of the world’s hundred most influential, inspiring, and innovative women in 2019.
Host Organization: Girl Up
Role at Host Organization: As the SRHRJ Global Strategy Fellow, Pragati will work closely with the Training & Learning Team at Girl Up to identify, adapt, and develop learning and advocacy resources on sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice for Girl Up’s youth members. The Fellow will also build out Girl Up’s learning and advocacy resources and engagement strategy for LGBTQI+ youth and support ongoing outreach to increase and measure the impact of Girl Up’s curriculum. Additionally, the Fellow will support the development of Girl Up’s programming on mental health and wellness and support the team with planning for in-person engagement.
Tabish Bilal
India (AIF Banyan Impact Fellow, Host: Northwestern University, Buffett Institute for Global Affairs)Tabish Bilal is a development sector professional with experience across domains such as education, curriculum and fellowship design, community work and mobilization, prison reformation/ rehabilitation/ reintegration, gender-based violence, and disaster management. He has completed both his Bachelor’s in Economics and Master’s in Human Resource Management from Jamia Millia Islamia University (New Delhi). After a short stint in the corporate HR sector, Tabish quickly moved to the social space. His work experiences range from working in remote villages of Satpura Forests with tribes in Central India, setting up a school inside Delhi Prisons and working with schools in the lower Himalayas in Northern India. As a Global Engagement Programs Fellow with Northwestern University’s Buffett Institute for Global Affairs, Tabish’s current responsibilities incorporate program management at GLO. His portfolio also includes COVID relief emergency services in the first and second waves of the pandemic, where he and his teammates worked to provide essential services like the Auto-Ambulances in Delhi, boosting vaccinations among slum-dwellers in Delhi-NCR region through e-rickshaws operating as vaccine express, supporting understaffed government hospitals with manpower to combat the overflow of patients, transportation support to migrants going back home and a direct cash support pilot program to COVID-affected families across India. Through these experiences, Tabish has developed a strong niche for program management, partnerships, analytical and operations skills. Tabish is enthusiastic about youth empowerment, alternate education, and human rights within the social sector domain.

Namrata Sehgal
India (AIF Banyan Impact Fellow, Host: Collaborating for Resilience (CoRe))Namrata Sehgal is a self-employed architect and communication designer with nine years of experience, including four years in the nonprofit sector as a digital media marketing and design professional. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in architecture from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, and a Master’s degree in information arts and design from Srishti Manipal Institute in Bangalore. Namrata has worked with nonprofits to promote education and environmental conservation, primarily in underserved areas, applying design thinking tools and strategizing effective digital media campaigns. Her identity design and fundraising campaigns enabled a nonprofit focusing on environmental conservation through afforestation to achieve 20% above its fundraising goal. Namrata spearheaded the design of an ecosystem in Northern India by planting native species utilizing the essential components of environmentally responsible behavior and simultaneously inculcating community participation among the locals. As Communications Fellow at Collaborating for Resilience (CoRe), Namrata manages communications and outreach across program areas and supports development of curriculum materials and programs that build capacity of civil society partners to drive governance innovations. Namrata’s role also encompasses identification of insights and distinctive voices from comparative analysis of outcomes across partnership working sites working towards systemic change, building out the organization’s visibility and partnership networks, and communication of lessons for policy and practice. Additionally, Namrata is the Head of Decor at F of X and Fuel Human Festival. She has acquired digital media marketing skills and event planning expertise through these experiences. Namrata strongly believes in environmental conservation and youth empowerment.

The Fellow will identify insights and distinctive voices from comparative analysis of outcomes across different partnership sites working towards systems change, build out the organization’s visibility and partnership networks, and communicate lessons for policy and practice.
Manushi Sharma
India (AIF Banyan Impact Fellow, Host: Collaborating for Resilience (CoRe))Manushi Sharma is a global health professional with over seven years of experience in program management and implementation. Through her engagements with – The George Institute for Global Health, The Royal Thai Ministry of Public Health, and The Public Health Foundation of India, she has developed a deep insight into the context and complexities of addressing health system gaps in countries of the global south. Manushi has hands-on experience in supporting and providing strategic leadership for planning, developing, and implementing public health research projects in the developing countries of sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific. Notably, she has published in peer-reviewed journals and has co-authored a book on the economics of non-communicable disease prevention. She has organized and delivered several capacity-building sessions and policy dialogues and presented her work at international conferences. She has liaised and managed partnerships with various stakeholders, including United Nations agencies, the Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, governments, and civil society organizations. Manushi is passionate about social entrepreneurship, participatory approaches in social research, and evidence-based policy.

Role at Host Organization: As the Learning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Fellow at Collaborating for Resilience, Manushi will gain experience in principles of multi-stakeholder dialogue to promote citizen engagement in policy reform and implementation and will apply these principles through one or more international partnerships. Manushi will manage partner collaborations and undertake action research in one or more program areas, and lead analyses focused on outcome monitoring, learning and evaluation. Muneeb Malik
Pakistan (Host: Center for Open Data Enterprise (CODE))Muneeb Malik is as an operations manager and creative data analyst with expertise in project coordination, project management, and data analysis with over five years of experience within the development, non-profit and IT sector. He has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pakistan and completed his Masters in Structural Engineering and Business Management from Imperial College London, UK. As a Data Project Management Fellow with Center for Open Data Enterprise (CODE), Muneeb helps to manage and execute programs to apply data for the public good and support equity, specifically helping to manage the content and design of complex, large virtual convenings, as well as participating in convenings, helping to synthesize results, assisting in research and publication of narrative reports and digital resources, and otherwise supporting CODE’s Roundtables program. Muneeb has developed strong command at managing and coordinating projects for renewable energy, technology integration, sustainability, green construction practices and social development. He has also developed skills in data analysis and data visualization using smart tools and software for a variety of projects. Over the last two years, Muneeb has developed interactive dashboards and data reports for various public and private sector clients in the USA, such as the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). He has also been engaged with a USA based organization through its home office as a Junior Estimator Engineer. Muneeb believes in sustainable practices and green ventures linking technology and academia for prosperous development.
Host Organization: Center for Open Data Enterprise (CODE)
Role at Host Organization: As the Data Project Management Fellow, Muneeb will work with the Roundtables Program Manager and the CODE team to help manage and execute programs to apply data for the public good and support equity. The Fellow will help manage both the content and design of complex, large virtual convenings, participate in convenings and help synthesize the results, assist in research and the publication of narrative reports and digital resources, and support CODE’s Roundtables program in other ways. The Fellow will also help CODE demonstrate the power of data in addressing climate change, environmental injustice, and racial inequity, among other issues, while learning a state-of-the-art methodology for research and convening on these issues.
