I came across a partnership lifecycle framework developed by KPMG for organizations that are seeking to engage in a partnership for creating social good.
Although there is broad consensus on the value of partnerships, unlocking their full potential means moving the conversation from ‘why to partner’ and ‘how to partner.’ Organizations that are eager to engage in partnership often times overlook some key questions amidst the enthusiasm of working together. These include:

- What resources can you bring to the partnership?
