We anticipate selecting and inviting 50 individuals among the 28 Prize Laureate organizations to participate in the Institute as Scholars. Furthermore, the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation welcomes a diverse candidate pool. This program seeks to actively engage and include the voices and perspectives of individuals from different backgrounds—and will make a great effort to provide all Prize Laureate organizations the opportunity to be represented within that select group, as interested and applicable.

When will the live sessions take place? What if I have conflicts during the live sessions?

Our goal is that scheduled video calls are held between 7 AM – 11 PM in any given time zone to accommodate participants across numerous time zones. You can expect to receive a complete program syllabus with the schedule and calendar invites to live calls closer to the program start. Our call times are subject to change as we analyze participants’ timezones and attendance. While Scholars are encouraged to attend live sessions to better make new connections within the Hilton Prize Laureate community, they will have access to recordings of sessions if they are unable to attend live.
